Everyday Italian is true to its title: the fresh, simple recipes are incredibly quick and accessible, and also utterly mouth-watering—perfect for everyday cooking. So, for example, you’ll find dishes that you can make solely from pantry ingredients, or those that transform lowly leftovers into exquisite entrées (including brilliant ideas for leftover pasta), and those that satisfy your yearning to have something sweet baking in the oven. There are 7 ways to make red sauce more interesting, 6 different preparations of the classic cutlet, 5 perfect pestos, 4 creative uses for prosciutto, 3 variations on basic polenta, 2 great steaks, and 1 sublime chocolate tiramisù—plus 100 other recipes that turn everyday ingredients into speedy but special dinners. In this ‘vital book for these times’ (Kirkus Reviews), Don Lemon brings his vast audience and experience as a reporter and a Black man to today’s most urgent question: How can we end racism in America in our lifetimes? The host of CNN Tonight with Don Lemon is more popular than ever. As America’s only Black prime-time anchor, Lemon and his daily monologues on racism and antiracism, on the failures of the Trump administration and of so many of our leaders, and on America’s systemic flaws speak for his millions of fans. Now, in an urgent, deeply personal, riveting plea, he shows us all how deep our problems lie, and what we can do to begin to fix them. Beginning with a letter to one of his Black nephews, he proceeds with reporting and reflections on his slave ancestors, his upbringing in the shadows of segregation, and his adult confrontations with politicians, activists, and scholars. In doing so, Lemon offers a searing and poetic ultimatum to America. He visits the slave port where a direct ancestor was shackled and shipped to America. He recalls a slave uprising in Louisiana, just a few miles from his birthplace. And he takes us to the heart of the 2020 protests in New York City. As he writes to his young nephew: We must resist racism every single day. We must resist it with love.

CNN host Don Lemon’s poignant and inspiring story of hitting rock-bottom in the wake of the 2016 election and his 100-day journey towards self-improvement—a powerful call to reconnect and stay true to your purpose in turbulent times. “I woke up with a strange kind of hangover on November 9, 2016, not just because of the cocktails the night before, but because the full effect of 18 months of spin, semi-truths, prevarication, and talking points had finally caught up with me. Worse, I knew that I’d been an active participant in the maelstrom and I had a terrible feeling that I’d played my part in adding to the noise, rather than subtracting from it.” —Don Lemon In the days after Donald Trump was elected, Don Lemon was in a dark place. After leaving the CNN studio where he hosts his nightly show, he would over-eat, drink too much, and end the night replaying the disturbing events of the day in his head. Trying to keep pace with the relentless news cycle and to remain rational and committed to the facts despite vitriolic attacks from the new president and his staff, Don was growing increasingly disconnected from the world, his family, his soul, and his spirit. Eventually, the seasoned journalist realized that, while he could not change external circumstances, there were smaller forces in his life—online distraction, emotional isolation, and his physical and intellectual habits—that he could control. Embracing his favorite James Baldwin quote: “The very time I thought I was lost, my dungeon shook and my chains fell off,” Don resolved to tune out the chaos, and return to his true purpose and values. The Hundred is the story of Don’s change from within: how he cultivated a calmer, more focused, and better life than he considered possible. While the media obsessed over Trump’s first 100 days in office, Don used that time to focus on improving himself. Sharing his insights and lessons, he offers a crash course for navigating life in uncertain times, fighting for what you believe in, channeling your emotions into positive change, and activating your survivor’s DNA.

It’s a profile, like all the others on the online dating site. But as NYPD Detective Kat Donovan focuses on the accompanying picture, she feels her whole world explode, as emotions she’s ignored for decades come crashing down on her. “From #1 New York Times bestselling author Harlan Coben, a heart-pounding thriller about the ties we have to our past … and the lies that bind us together. It’s a profile, like all the others on the online dating site. But as NYPD Detective Kat Donovan focuses on the accompanying picture, she feels her whole world explode, as emotions she’s ignored for decades come crashing down on her. Staring back at her is her ex-fiance; Jeff, the man who shattered her heart-and who she hasn’t seen in 18 years. Kat feels a spark, wondering if this might be the moment when past tragedies recede and a new world opens up to her. But when she reaches out to the man in the profile, her reawakened hope quickly darkens into suspicion and then terror as an unspeakable conspiracy comes to light, in which monsters prey upon the most vulnerable. As the body count mounts and Kat’s hope for a second chance with Jeff grows more and more elusive, she is consumed by an investigation that challenges her feelings about everyone she ever loved-her former fiance;, her mother, and even her father, whose cruel murder so long ago has never been fully explained. With lives on the line, including her own, Kat must venture deeper into the darkness than she ever has before, and discover if she has the strength to survive what she finds there”–

Studies of the natural lightning discharge channel have been continued in the Summer of 1966 using a triggering technique during which 17 strokes were triggered out of 23 attempts. The discharges were triggered by firing a rocket carrying a fine wire to an altitude of about 400 meters when electric field meters indicated a discharge was probable. The studies showed clearly in the Fastax photographs, the current oscillograms, and in the still photographs the existence of a low current continuing component lasting up to 0.8 seconds following nearly every initial high current stroke. Also, high current restrikes were found after nearly every stroke with as many as a dozen restrikes in a single lightning discharge. Blast pressure measurements showed higher peak pressures than measured previously from triggered natural lightning discharges and also longer durations. This is of interest in relation to possible structural damage to aircraft and also in relation to shock wave effects on flame propagation in aircraft fuel vents. High speed motion pictures of the discharge clearly showed the violent snake like motion of the channel of importance in evaluation of stroke sweeping effects near aircraft. (Author).

Timesheet Converter Convert time to decimal and decimal to hours and minutes

Pretax is more advantageous to employees because it lowers the individual’s taxable income. So even though the employee actually worked for 8 hours and 22 minutes, you’ll round it up to 8 hours and 30 minutes. To adp conversion chart get her net pay, you’ll have to factor in deductions and taxes.

With so many considerations and regulations, payroll processing and payroll tax preparation are often outsourced to a payroll bureau. Payroll Management, Inc. was founded in 1989 and now serves businesses across Maine and New England with local, personalized service. Maybe the time is right to talk with us about your payroll.

  • This will save you even more time by calculating gross and net pay, as well as PTO, overtime, holidays, and more.
  • Among the key advantages of time conversion charts is their capability to eliminate errors in hand-operated time computations.
  • Time conversion graphes assist in easy conversion between various time zones, ensuring accurate organizing and sychronisation across global procedures.

Welcoming these tools empowers customers to confidently browse various time zones and tasks, cultivating smoother operations and effective preparation in our interconnected globe. A time conversion graph is a functional tool designed to convert time devices from one measurement to another. It simplifies the procedure of converting seconds to mins, hours to days, and helps with modifications in between numerous time zones. The goal of a payroll run is to accurately pay employees, and time conversion calculations are an essential part of that. When your calculations are correct, you’ll reduce your risk of payroll errors, which are often a hassle to correct. You’ll also have happier employees and a smoother running business.

If an employee worked five hours and 15 minutes, for instance, the decimal equivalent would not be 5.15, but 5.25, because 15 minutes is one quarter (.25) of an hour. In today’s interconnected globe, where international interactions and partnerships are prevalent, exact time conversion plays a vital function. Although paychecks and pay stubs are generally provided together, they are not one in the same. A paycheck is a directive to a financial institution that approves the transfer of funds from the employer to the employee.

Minutes to decimal conversion

For payroll, it’s much easier to calculate a pay rate with decimal hours rather than hours and minutes. Additionally, decimal hours are much more precise. This write-up discovers the nuances of time conversion graphes, their types, applications, and practical suggestions for usage. The conversion calculations outlined below will help you convert time into decimal hours.

Converting Time to Decimal Hours

  • Most of today’s payroll software programs make these calculations automatically and work in tandem with time tracking tools.
  • What’s one thing you absolutely need to get it right?
  • The process can be tricky as hours and minutes don’t automatically translate to decimals.
  • Fortunately, the conversion to decimal format can be easy as long as you follow a few key steps and use the decimal conversion chart included below.

So, for this employee, they worked 40 hours in total (8 hours a day x 5 days). But we also need to account for the minutes they worked. Let’s say they worked 17, 27, 5, 14, and 10 minutes each day, respectively.

Mobile Application for Time Conversion

If you have employees who earn an hourly wage and you enter minutes as well as hours, use this chart to convert minutes to decimals. To ensure consistent time and attendance reporting, time for employees paid on an hourly basis should be recorded in quarter. If you’re new to processing payroll or converting time, having to do decimal calculations might seem overwhelming. Fortunately, the conversion to decimal format can be easy as long as you follow a few key steps and use the decimal conversion chart included below. Once you’ve converted your employees’ work hours into decimal format, it’s easy to calculate how much you need to pay them.

Saturated Moisture Content Chart (at Atmospheric Pressure)

And just like before, it’s important to make sure that the time card conversion is accurate to ensure that your employees are paid fairly and on time. So, for example, say you’re calculating the paycheck for someone who worked 78 hours and 45 minutes during a 2-week pay period. Their hours worked would be 78.75 hours in decimal format. If their hourly pay rate is $18 an hour, you’d multiply 78.75 by 18.

Avoiding Mistakes in Time Calculations

Automatically calculate the total hours for payroll. So, 2 hours and 30 minutes is equivalent to 2.5 hours in decimal form. Moles of H2O/mol of dry air remains same.Partial pressure of both water vapor and for dry air increase in proportion to the total pressure (absolute). So the new dew point is equal to the temperature at which vapor pressure is equal to the new partial pressure. Employers may need to deduct garnishments from employee wages if they receive a court order to do so.

Time duration calculator

These graphes enable businesses to enhance procedures, improve financial precision, and make certain prompt delivery of tasks and services. Time zones divide the globe into geographical areas with a standard time offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Each time zone stands for a series of longitudes where the local time is the same. Our online calculators, converters, randomizers, and content are provided “as is”, free of charge, and without any warranty or guarantee. Each tool is carefully developed and rigorously tested, and our content is well-sourced, but despite our best effort it is possible they contain errors. We are not to be held responsible for any resulting damages from proper or improper use of the service.

It may seem small, but converting to decimal format can save you a lot of time and hassle when it comes to payroll calculations. Let’s say you have an employee who works 8 hours a day for 5 days a week and has lunch at their desk, so they don’t need to clock in and out for a lunch break. To figure out their total work hours, you’ll need to add up the hours and minutes separately.

There is a story that is usually told about extremely successful people, a story that focuses on intelligence and ambition. Gladwell argues that the true story of success is very different, and that if we want to understand how some people thrive, we should spend more time looking around them-at such things as their family, their birthplace, or even their birth date. And in revealing that hidden logic, Gladwell presents a fascinating and provocative blueprint for making the most of human potential. In The Tipping Point Gladwell changed the way we understand the world. In Blink he changed the way we think about thinking. In OUTLIERS he transforms the way we understand success.

The landmark book that has revolutionized the way we understand leadership and decision making — from #1 bestselling author Malcolm Gladwell. In his breakthrough bestseller The Tipping Point, Malcolm Gladwell redefined how we understand the world around us. Now, in Blink, he revolutionizes the way we understand the world within. Blink is a book about how we think without thinking, about choices that seem to be made in an instant–in the blink of an eye–that actually aren’t as simple as they seem. Why are some people brilliant decision makers, while others are consistently inept? Why do some people follow their instincts and win, while others end up stumbling into error? How do our brains really work–in the office, in the classroom, in the kitchen, and in the bedroom? And why are the best decisions often those that are impossible to explain to others? In Blink we meet the psychologist who has learned to predict whether a marriage will last, based on a few minutes of observing a couple; the tennis coach who knows when a player will double-fault before the racket even makes contact with the ball; the antiquities experts who recognize a fake at a glance. Here, too, are great failures of “blink”: the election of Warren Harding; “New Coke”; and the shooting of Amadou Diallo by police. Blink reveals that great decision makers aren’t those who process the most information or spend the most time deliberating, but those who have perfected the art of “thin-slicing”–filtering the very few factors that matter from an overwhelming number of variables.

Malcolm Gladwell’s provocative new #1 bestseller — now in paperback. Three thousand years ago on a battlefield in ancient Palestine, a shepherd boy felled a mighty warrior with nothing more than a pebble and a sling-and ever since, the names of David and Goliath have stood for battles between underdogs and giants. David’s victory was improbable and miraculous. He shouldn’t have won. Or should he? In DAVID AND GOLIATH, Malcolm Gladwell challenges how we think about obstacles and disadvantages, offering a new interpretation of what it means to be discriminated against, suffer from a disability, lose a parent, attend a mediocre school, or endure any number of other apparent setbacks. In the tradition of Gladwell’s previous bestsellers-The Tipping Point, Blink, Outliers and What the Dog Saw-DAVID AND GOLIATH draws upon history, psychology and powerful story-telling to reshape the way we think of the world around us.

A Best Book of the Year: The Financial Times, Bloomberg, Chicago Tribune, and Detroit Free Pres Malcolm Gladwell, host of the podcast Revisionist History and author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Outliers, offers a powerful examination of our interactions with strangers — and why they often go wrong. How did Fidel Castro fool the CIA for a generation? Why did Neville Chamberlain think he could trust Adolf Hitler? Why are campus sexual assaults on the rise? Do television sitcoms teach us something about the way we relate to each other that isn’t true? While tackling these questions, Malcolm Gladwell was not solely writing a book for the page. He was also producing for the ear. In the audiobook version of Talking to Strangers, you’ll hear the voices of people he interviewed–scientists, criminologists, military psychologists. Court transcripts are brought to life with re-enactments. You actually hear the contentious arrest of Sandra Bland by the side of the road in Texas. As Gladwell revisits the deceptions of Bernie Madoff, the trial of Amanda Knox, and the suicide of Sylvia Plath, you hear directly from many of the players in these real-life tragedies. There’s even a theme song – Janelle Monae’s “Hell You Talmbout.” Something is very wrong, Gladwell argues, with the tools and strategies we use to make sense of people we don’t know. And because we don’t know how to talk to strangers, we are inviting conflict and misunderstanding in ways that have a profound effect on our lives and our world.

!–StartFragment–Malcolm Gladwell focuses on “minor geniuses” and idiosyncratic behavior to illuminate the ways all of us organize experience in this “delightful” (Bloomberg News) collection of writings from The New Yorker. What is the difference between choking and panicking? Why are there dozens of varieties of mustard-but only one variety of ketchup? What do football players teach us about how to hire teachers? What does hair dye tell us about the history of the 20th century? In the past decade, Malcolm Gladwell has written three books that have radically changed how we understand our world and ourselves: The Tipping Point; Blink; and Outliers. Now, in What the Dog Saw, he brings together, for the first time, the best of his writing from TheNew Yorker over the same period. Here is the bittersweet tale of the inventor of the birth control pill, and the dazzling inventions of the pasta sauce pioneer Howard Moscowitz. Gladwell sits with Ron Popeil, the king of the American kitchen, as he sells rotisserie ovens, and divines the secrets of Cesar Millan, the “dog whisperer” who can calm savage animals with the touch of his hand. Progress. It is one of the animating concepts of the modern era. From the Enlightenment onwards, the West has had an enduring belief that through the evolution of institutions, innovations, and ideas, the human condition is improving. This process is supposedly accelerating as new technologies, individual freedoms, and the spread of global norms empower individuals and societies around the world. But is progress inevitable? Its critics argue that human civilization has become different, not better, over the last two and a half centuries. What is seen as a breakthrough or innovation in one period becomes a setback or limitation in another. In short, progress is an ideology not a fact; a way of thinking about the world as opposed to a description of reality. In the seventeenth semi-annual Munk Debates, which was held in Toronto on November 6, 2015, pioneering cognitive scientist Steven Pinker and bestselling author Matt Ridley squared off against noted philosopher Alain de Botton and bestselling author Malcolm Gladwell to debate whether humankind’s best days lie ahead.

The book that sparked a marketing revolution. “This is a subversive book. It says that the marketer is not–and ought not to be–at the center of successful marketing. The customer should be. Are you ready for that?” –From the Foreword by Malcolm Gladwell, author of The Tipping Point. Counter to traditional marketing wisdom, which tries to count, measure, and manipulate the spread of information, Seth Godin argues that the information can spread most effectively from customer to customer, rather than from business to customer. Godin calls this powerful customer-to- customer dialogue the ideavirus, and cheerfully eggs marketers on to create an environment where their ideas can replicate and spread. In lively detail, Godin looks at the ways companies such as PayPal, Hotmail, GeoCities, even Volkswagen have successfully launched ideaviruses. He offers a “recipe” for creating your own ideavirus, identifies the key factors in the successful spread of an ideavirus (powerful sneezers, hives, a clear vector, a smooth, friction-free transmission), and shows how any business, large or small, can use ideavirus marketing to succeed in a world that just doesn’t want to hear it anymore from the traditional marketers.

Outliers …in 30 minutes is the essential guide to quickly understanding the ideas explored in Malcolm Gladwell’s bestselling book, Outliers: The Story of Success. Understand the key ideas behind Outliers in a fraction of the time: •27 essential insights and takeaways •11 illustrative case studies •9 chapter-by-chapter synopses In Outliers, bestselling author Malcolm Gladwell examines the fundamentals of extraordinary success and the people who achieve it. Claiming that society pays too much attention to characteristics like intelligence and ambition in successful people and not enough to the circumstances that shape them, Gladwell argues that external forces also propel the highly successful. As demonstrated in Outliers, culture, family, demographics, chance circumstances, and hidden advantages can have as much, or more, to do with an outlier’s success as IQ or drive. Throughout Outliers, Gladwell uses compelling research and fascinating case studies to demonstrate his assertion that nobody achieves success on his or her own merits. A 30 Minute Expert Summary of Outliers Designed for those whose desire to learn exceeds the time they have available, the Outliers summary helps readers quickly and easily become experts …in 30 minutes.

Malcolm Gladwell’s exploration of how technology and best intentions collide in the heat of war In The Bomber Mafia: A Dream, a Temptation, and the Longest Night of the Second World War, Malcolm Gladwell, author of New York Times bestsellers including Talking to Strangers and host of the podcast Revisionist History, weaves together the stories of a Dutch genius and his homemade computer, a band of brothers in central Alabama, a British psychopath, and pyromaniacal chemists at Harvard to examine one of the greatest moral challenges in modern American history. Most military thinkers in the years leading up to World War II saw the airplane as an afterthought. But a small band of idealistic strategists had a different view. This “Bomber Mafia” asked: What if precision bombing could, just by taking out critical choke points–industrial or transportation hubs–cripple the enemy and make war far less lethal? In his podcast, Revisionist History, Gladwell re-examines moments from the past and asks whether we got it right the first time. In TheBomber Mafia, he steps back from the bombing of Tokyo, the deadliest night of the war, and asks, “Was it worth it?” The attack was the brainchild of General Curtis LeMay, whose brutal pragmatism and scorched-earth tactics in Japan cost thousands of civilian lives, but may have spared more by averting a planned US invasion. Things might have gone differently had LeMay’s predecessor, General Haywood Hansell, remained in charge. As a key member of the Bomber Mafia, Hansell’s theories of precision bombing had been foiled by bad weather, enemy jet fighters, and human error. When he and Curtis LeMay squared off for a leadership handover in the jungles of Guam, LeMay emerged victorious, leading to the darkest night of World War II. The Bomber Mafia is a riveting tale of persistence, innovation, and the incalculable wages of war.

From the author of Ready Player One, a rollicking alien invasion thriller that embraces and subverts science-fiction conventions as only Ernest Cline could. Zack Lightman has never much cared for reality. He vastly prefers the countless science-fiction movies, books, and videogames he’s spent his life consuming. And too often, he catches himself wishing that some fantastic, impossible, world-altering event could arrive to whisk him off on a grand spacefaring adventure. So when he sees the flying saucer, he’s sure his years of escapism have finally tipped over into madness. Especially because the alien ship he’s staring at is straight out of his favorite videogame, a flight simulator callled Armada–in which gamers just happen to be protecting Earth from alien invaders. As impossible as it seems, what Zack’s seeing is all too real. And it’s just the first in a blur of revlations that will force him to question everything he thought he knew about Earth’s history, its future, even his own life–and to play the hero for real, with humanity’s life in the balance. But even through the terror and exhilaration, he can’t help thinking: Doesn’t something about this scenario feel a little bit like…well…fiction? At once reinventing and paying homage to science-fiction classics as only Ernest Cline can, Armada is a rollicking, surprising thriller, a coming-of-age adventure, and an alien invasion tale like nothing you’ve ever read before.

Somebody just needs to explain that to Greg’s father. You see, Frank Heffley actually thinks he can get his son to toughen up, and he enlists Greg in organized sports and other “manly†? endeavors. Of course, Greg is able to easily sidestep his father’s efforts to change him. But when Greg’s dad threatens to send him to military academy, Greg realizes he has to shape up . . . or get shipped out. Greg and his family and friends, who make the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books a must-read for middle school readers, are back and at their best in this hilarious new installment of the series, which is sure to please current fans while attracting new ones. Publishers Weekly-1/19/2009: The third book in this genre-busting series is certain to enlarge Kinney’s presence on the bestseller lists, where the previous titles have taken up residence for the past two years. Kinney’s spot-on humor and winning formula of deadpan text set against cartoons are back in full force. This time, Greg starts off on New Year’s Day (he resolves to “help other people improve,†? telling his mother, “I think you should work on chewing your potato chips more quietly†?) and ends with summer vacation. As he fends off his father’s attempts to make him more of a man (the threat of military school looms), Greg’s hapless adventures include handing out anonymous valentines expressing his true feelings (“Dear James, You smell†?), attempting to impress his classmate Holly and single-handedly wrecking his soccer team’s perfect season. Kinney allows himself some insider humor as well, with Greg noting the “racket†? children’s book authors have going. “All you have to do is make up a character with a snappy name, and then make sure the character learns a lesson at the end of the book.†? Greg, self-centered as ever, may be the exception proving that rule. Ages 8†“12. (Jan.) F&P level: T

A family road trip is supposed to be a lot of fun . . . unless, of course, you’re the Heffleys. The journey starts off full of promise, then quickly takes several wrong turns. Jeff Kinney has brought Greg Heffley back for the ninth instalment of his bestselling Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. This time, the Heffleys are off on a road trip! The chances of survival are… quite small to be honest. If I had to guess, I’d say 90% of everything we do as a family comes from ideas Mom gets from that magazine. And when I saw the latest issue I knew it was gonna get Mom’s wheels turning. When Greg’s mom decides the family are going to have an ‘authentic experience’ this summer on a family road trip, Greg is less than excited. All the Heffley’s trapped in a minivan for miles and miles… it spells disaster. And when Greg has to battle petrol-station bathrooms, crazed seagulls, a fender bender and a runaway pig, it seems he was right to be worried. This is one adventure the Heffleys won’t forget! Reluctant and avid readers of 7+ can’t get enough of Greg and the disasters that follow him around!

Get ready for a whole new look into Jeff Kinney’s Diary of a Wimpy Kid! Introducing the newest Wimpy Kid author—Rowley Jefferson! Rowley’s best friend Greg Heffley has been chronicling his middle-school years in thirteen Diary of a Wimpy Kid journals . . . and counting. But it’s finally time for readers to hear directly from Rowley in a journal of his own. In Diary of an Awesome Friendly Kid, Rowley writes about his experiences and agrees to play the role of biographer for Greg along the way. (After all, one day Greg will be rich and famous, and everyone will want to know his life’s story.) But Rowley is a poor choice for the job, and his “biography” of Greg is a hilarious mess. Diary of an Awesome Friendly Kid: Rowley Jefferson’s Journal offers readers a new way to look at the Wimpy world—one fans won’t want to miss!

In the second book of Jeff Kinney’s bestselling series, team up with Greg Heffley once again, this time to try and take on his big brother. As you can guess, it doesn’t work out too well… Rodrick actually got a hold of my LAST journal a few weeks back, and it was a disaster. But don’t even get me started on THAT story. Whatever you do, don’t ask Greg about his summer vacation because he definitely doesn’t want to talk about it! It’s a brand-new year, with a brand-new journal and Greg is keen to put the humiliating (and secret!) events of last summer firmly behind him. But someone knows everything – someone whose job it is to most definitely not keep anything embarrassing of Greg’s private – his big brother, Rodrick. How can Greg make it through this new school year with his not-quite-cool reputation intact? Even reluctant readers of 7+ will love diving into Greg’s world, and reading about his exploits in his diary (sorry, journal!). Praise for Jeff Kinney and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series: ‘The world has gone crazy for Jeff Kinney’s Diary of a Wimpy Kid series’ – The Sun ‘Kinney is right up there with J K Rowling as one of the bestselling children’s authors on the planet’- Independent ‘Hilarious!’ – Sunday Telegraph http://www.wimpykidclub.co.uk
